Front sight adapters allow common front sights normally mounted on a "male" dovetail to be mounted on a barrel with a 3/8" dovetail front sight slot. Typical sights include the Redfield International and Olympic, Anschutz, Lyman 93 and other sights of the same measurement. Perfect for raising your front height to match a sight on one of our rear sight adapters or for use with a high comb buttstock.
The adapters are milled from solid steel, polished and blued or case colored to match the CPA scope bases. The adapter is drilled and tapped for a set screw to lock it into place when slid into a 3/8" dovetail; this set screw uses a 1/16" Allen hex wrench. Height of the base matches the rear adapter.
Available in different heights: .475", .420", .375", .190" (AK base)
Heights are 'above barrel surface' and do not include depth of dovetail. For example, the .375" adapter has on overall height of appx. .465"
